
My kids love these (and so does their mom!) I
kind of threw things together when coming up with this treat, but I was very
happy with the results.
ingredients:
8-10 medjool dates, pitted
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
hand full fresh mint
½ cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
directions:
Toss all ingredients in food processor and blend until
a paste forms. Using a tablespoon, roll into balls then roll balls in
desired toppings. I chose coconut sugar and sliced almonds. A very
simple and healthy alternative to traditional truffles. Enjoy!
